Banya is a social wellness space rooted in ancient bathing traditions with a modern reintroduction. Our contrast therapy experience invites you to move through cycles of heat and cold using communal saunas, cold plunges, a cedar barrel hot tub, relaxation rooms and refreshment bar.
This rhythm of contrast helps boost circulation, support physical and mental recovery, and navigate your body’s nervous system balance. Most guests flow through 4 to 8 rounds, with space to rest, hydrate, and connect along the way.
For centuries, public baths have offered a place to step away from the noise of daily life where people gathered to restore the body, connect with others, and find pause in a rhythm larger than themselves. In a world of constant connection, Banya continues that tradition as a place to unplug, slow down, and come back to what’s real.

During public hours: Local city ordinance requires guests to have swimsuit coverage during public hours. We support personal comfort and exposed skin is allowed. Full nudity is not.
For private bookings: Feel welcome to shape your private booking experience to your group’s comfort level, including choosing a clothing-optional environment if that feels aligned. Just let your guests know in advance so everyone can arrive informed and at ease.

Our brand of cold plunges are the Cold Stoic 3.0 from RENU therapy. The plunges are designed with a continuous circulation and multi-stage filtration system rather than stagnant water.
Here’s how it works:
Constant Circulation: A dedicated circulation pump runs 24/7, continuously moving water through the filters and sanitization system. This ensures sweat, debris, and impurities are constantly drawn out of the tub, not left behind for the next user.
Dual Filtration:
• A primary in-tank pre-filter captures hair, oils, and larger particulates.
• A secondary XL external cartridge filter provides finer filtration for clarity and purity.Ozone Sanitization: An integrated ozone injector sanitizes the circulating water, breaking down organic matter and helping neutralize bacteria and viruses — an eco-friendly alternative to heavy chemical use.
Regular Maintenance:
• The in-tank filter is cleaned daily and replaced weekly.
• The XL filter is cleaned weekly and replaced every 3 weeks.
• The water itself is drained, the tank cleaned and sanitized, and then refilled every 2-4 days. Because of this, chemicals such as chlorine, bromine, or other high-powered sanitizers are not added to the water.

Phones are not permitted in the spa area. Individual combination lockers will be provided to safely store your phone and other personal belongings during your visit.
It is non negotiable that we will strive to protect privacy and comfort of all guests. Our mission is to curate a safe communal space for all people. Furthermore, phones don’t operate well when submerged in water or left in excessive heat.

Two hours is about the average time guests enjoy a session, but your session ticket functions fully as a day-pass at Banya, so stay as long as you’d like. We emphasize taking your time moving between the heat, cold plunge, and relaxation areas for a full recharge. Once you wind down from the sauna and cold plunge circuit, spend a while hydrating in our cozy lounge or enjoy refreshments in the bar.
-
All genders share all spaces of the spa. Changing rooms with privacy curtains and private bathrooms will be available for all guests. All locker rooms and spa areas of Banya are co-gender spaces.

Cold plunging can be powerful, but may pose risks for certain individuals. You should consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
Cold plunging isn’t recommended if you have a heart condition, breathing or circulation issues, are pregnant, postpartum, immunocompromised, healing from an injury, or prone to fainting or seizures.
If you’re feeling unwell, dizzy, or unsure, it’s best to skip it. The goal is to not just tough it out, it’s to tune in. Always listen to your body.
